Decorate the outside of the paper plates with cut out pictures or draw on your own personal art.

Working on one paper plate at a time, tape a craft stick to the rim of the plate (right side up) leaving out 3/4's of the stick for a handle.

Place the other paper plate on top of the first one, right side down.

Start stapling the edges together but be sure to leave an opening so that you can pour in a handful of dried beans.

Continue stapling edges until your noise maker is completely sealed.

Add curly ribbon for a decorative touch and enjoy!
