Vintage Halloween card
  1. Ball up one piece of Kleenex and place it in the middle of a flat piece of Kleenex to form the head
  2. Secure the head with a small rubber band
  3. Fluff out the "skirt" part of the ghost very gently
  4. Draw faces with a black marker
  5. For your haunted house, simply cover the doors and windows with black trash bags or other dark material.
  6. Drape filmy black fabric over the furniture and lamps for an eerie effect
  7. Decorate with home-made bats, witches and pumpkins that the children can make from construction paper before or during the party
  8. Once you are ready for your "Ghost Hunt", simply hide all of your ghosts in your haunted house (after counting them, of course) You can hang them with the black thread so that they dangle at different heights
  9. Make sure that it is quite dark, but that there is nothing breakable or dangerous that children might stumble over
  10. If it is too dark, and the children are having trouble finding all of the ghosts, you might want to furnish them with mini Halloween flashlights.
