You will need

	Ballpark franks or any other kind of hotdog that plumps when it cooks
	Hotdog buns
	Red Ketchup or green Ketchup

1. Use a paring knife to scoop out a shallow fingernail bed in one end of each frank. Be careful not to cut too deep since the franks will plump when they cook

2. Make 3 shallow cuts about halfway down the frank to resemble knuckle lines

3. Place in a pan of water and cook just until plumped and look like giant fingers

4. Place in bun and decorate with red or green ketchup
