Ingredients
1 cup water
Use
food processor to grind all ingredients together to form a paste. Cover and chill.
1/4 cup garlic paste
1/4 cup ginger paste
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground tumeric
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
3 tablespoon red food coloring
1 tablespoon tamarind
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 cardamon seeds
3 bay leaves
1 3" cinnamon stick
