Santa's Favorite Recipes: Sugar Free Applesauce Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 egg unbeaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp of liquid sweetener
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/8 tsp allspice
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 cup raisins

Mix all ingredients, drop by the teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet or use non-stick spray. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Store in airtight container.
