Rice & Oyster Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté onions,
celery and bell peppers in butter until tender. Add oysters and
cooked giblets. Pour mixture over cooked rice and add parsley. Mix well. Season
with salt, red and black peppers to taste. If dressing is too dry, add some of
the broth the the giblets were cooked in. Stuff turkey or
bake separately for 30-45 minutes.
10-12 green onions, finely chopped
2 small green bell peppers, finely chopped
1 cup minced celery
1 cup cooked chicken or turkey giblets, chopped
1 quart oysters
3 cups cooked white or brown rice
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
salt, red pepper, black pepper
