Santa's Favorite Recipes: Pepper Bread
Ingredients
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1 lb ground hot pork sausage
1/4 ground bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup ground celery
grated sharp cheddar cheese
Optional: ground ham, sliced or chopped jalapenos, sliced mushrooms

Roll out bread dough on 2 cookie sheets. Brown sausage. Combine with other ingredients. Roll up each loaf; brush with melted butter. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown. Slice and serve warm.
