Pecan Pie

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup dark or light Karo syrup
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup pecans
1 unbaked pie shell (regular, not deep-dish)
|
Mix sugar, salt and starch together. Add well beaten eggs to dry mixture. Stir in syrup and pecans. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Pie will firm up as it cools. Refrigerate. |
