Santa's Favorite Recipes: Peanut Cluster Candy
Ingredients
6 oz. package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. package butterscotch chips
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2 cups salted, roasted peanuts

Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in glass dish in microwave oven for about 2 minutes, or until melted. Stir once during melting. Mix in peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper. Refrigerate until firm. |
