Santa's Favorite Recipes: Marinated Cucumber and Tomato Salad
Ingredients
2 peeled and sliced cucumbers
2 sliced Roma tomatoes
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons canola oil
salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Marinate cucumbers and tomato slices with lemon juice and canola oil. Add salt and fresh black cracked pepper to taste. You can also add diced avocado, bean sprouts or any other vegetable that you like. |
