Place popped corn and nuts into a large covered plastic tub or container.

Place honey and syrup in small saucepan. Over medium to high heat, bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring for about five minutes. Remove pan from heat.

Stir in butter and mix until melted. Pour over popcorn and peanut mix.

Use two forks; toss mixture until thoroughly coated, being careful not to let honey mixture settle to the bottom of the container.

Let cool thoroughly and break apart. Seal in airtight container until ready to be served. This make a great gift when packaged in a decorative container. Remember to print out the recipe and attach it to the gift.
