Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup hot milk
1 cup hot dark roasted coffee

Caramelize sugar in heavy iron skillet. Remove from heat. Add hot milk slowly. Add milk mixture to hot coffee and add more sugar if desired.
