Santa's Favorite Recipes: Pecan Drop Cookies
Ingredients

cup butter or margarine, softened
1
1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1
teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/3
cup milk
1
cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Blend in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir flour and salt into creamed mixture, alternating with milk. Stir in coarsely chopped pecans. Drop dough from teaspoon 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325 for 15 to 20 minutes.
