Marinated Mushrooms
Ingredients
| 1 cup oil |
| 4 tablespoons vinegar |
| 1 can anchovies, mashed flat, reserve oil |
| 2 pods garlic, pressed |
| black pepper |
| paprika |
| 3 large cans button mushrooms, drained |
|
Mix oil and vinegar. Add anchovies and reserved anchovy oil along with garlic pods and put all through a garlic press. Season with pepper; add mushroom and paprika to taste. Refrigerate covered overnight, stirring occasionally.
