Santa's Favorite Recipes: Gumdrop Cookies
Ingredients

cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2
cup granulated sugar
1/2
cup packed brown sugar
2
tablespoons milk
1
teaspoon vanilla
2
1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1
teaspoon baking powder
3/4
cups finely chopped gumdrops

Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in milk and vanilla. Stir together flour and baking powder; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in gumdrops. Shape dough into two 14" rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill thoroughly. Cut into 1/4" slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
