Santa's Favorite Recipes: Festive Fruit Nugget Cookies
Ingredients
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped red and green candied cherries

Cream together butter or margarine and brown sugar. Add egg; beat well. Stir in water. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Stir into creamed mixture. Mix in raisins, walnuts and candied cherries. Spoon into individual tiny 1 1/2 paper baking cups on a baking sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 9 to 10 minutes.
