Ingredients

1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs

tablespoons sugar

cup melted butter
1
envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4
cup cold water
1/3
cup sugar

tablespoons corn starch
1/4
teaspoon salt
2
cups dairy eggnog
1
teaspoon vanilla
1/2
teaspoon rum extract
1
cup whipping cream, whipped

Crust Mix sugar and wafer crumbs together with melted butter. Press mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of 9" pie pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool. Filling Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften. Mix together sugar, corn starch and salt in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Gradually mix in dairy eggnog, stirring until thickened. Cook for two additional minutes. Remove from heat and add softened gelatin until dissolved. Add vanilla and rum extract. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into baked crust. Chill until set, garnish and serve.
