Santa's Favorite Recipes: Baked Clam Dip
Ingredients
2 (8
ounce) packages cream cheese
3 green
onions, finely chopped
2 (8
ounce) cans minced clams, drained
2 teaspoons lemon
juice
1 (1
pound) loaf round sourdough bread
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, green onions, clams and lemon juice. Cut the top out of the bread and hollow the bread out. Pour the clam mixture into the bread bowl and place the bread top back on the bread bowl. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serve with the bread removed from the loaf when hollowing it out. |
