Baileys Irish Creme
Ingredients

cup light cream

Can Eagle or Borden's sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

& 2/3 cups Irish Whiskey
1
teaspoon instant coffee
2
Tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1
teaspoon almond extract

Combine all ingredients in your blender. Set on High for 30 seconds. Bottle in tightly sealed decorative bottles or containers and refrigerate. This liqueur will keep for two months if kept cool. Shake before serving. This makes a wonderful gift for friends and office mates. |
