When that is dry, drizzle some white paint on the top of the ball. While it is still wet,  sprinkle glass beads or sequins (use your imagination here) on.  Let it dry thoroughly, at least overnight.

Lightly spray the cone part with acrylic (don't get too close with the acrylic can while you are spraying or it may melt the cone) to seal it. Tie a pretty ribbon through the loop and you're ready to give these as gifts or hang them on the tree!
